Grace, is an amazing lady, very quiet gentle lady to talk to, and is genuinely interested in your life and willing to help you where she can. Love when I receive an angel card reading, as she helps me when you are at a crossroads in your life without being pushy, great to get a message from the universe when life is busy, and sometimes we miss the signs.

  1. Routine: Keep up your routine, the same time getting up to the same time going to bed.
  2. Taking a stroll in nature, getting out there see what's around you, it's amazing when you see what's in nature it puts everything into perspective for me.
  3. Self Care: Taking the time out for yourself and not feeling guilty about it.
  4. Connect in with your family and friends, thanks to technology it certainly has become so much easier.
  5. Reducing time on social media, and only listening to news to maybe once a day to help reduce negative energy.
