I am commited to helping people live a more balanced, mindful life where they dream big and set goals to help them achieve their dreams.

I am a certified Oola coach and a mindfulness teacher. I also help people get Young Living products into their lives so they can eliminate toxic products.

I am the first certified Oola life coach in Ireland and the also in the UK. Oola is a coaching system that everybody can access. It is designed to help us live a life that is balanced and purposeful, no matter what that life looks like. When we live a more balanced life it impacts our family and everybody else we come in contact with. 

The Oola journey begins by examining your life as it is today in seven areas - the 7 F's of Oola fitness, finance, family, field (career), faith, friends and fun. In each area you discover your dreams and then set goals to move towards those dreams. I combine this work with mindfulness, to provide focus and stress reduction.

I trained as a primary school teacher and started teaching in 1991. I am teaching since and love it

This year I decided to train as an Oola life coach and a mindfulness teacher. I have also completed other courses - including 3 principles life coaching, ho'oponopono, EFT tapping and meditation teacher. I have also started an NLP course.
